๐Ÿ‘ No ๐Ÿ‘ more ๐Ÿ‘ invoicing!

Pocket Tutor invoices on your behalf, and we do it every lesson. You are reliably paid every week.

The most common question we get is whether Pocket Tutor can handle billing by term. Tutors have been invoicing their students by the term for as long as I have been teaching. We get it, we used to invoice like that too! But using the platform for the last 18 months has made me realise that Pocket Tutor really is the future.

Pocket Tutor stores your students' payment methods (securely through Stripe) and charges them at the completion of each lesson. Pocket Tutor generates an invoice which gets sent to your students after each lesson. If a student doesn't show up,  you charge for the lesson, according to your terms and conditions (that you have designed with our Terms and Conditions Designer ๐Ÿค“). There's no need to invoice for a term in advance with Pocket Tutor. And it means parents don't have to cough up between $400 - $500 all at once.

In the start up world, this is what they call a minimum viable product (MVP). This is our launch pad, and things are only going to get bigger and better from here.

Please consider Pocket Tutor for your 2023 teaching. Sign up for a free account and invite your students. Once you try it, you'll never look back.
